Lagree Fitness, Inc., its parents, subsidiaries and related entities, officers, directors, shareholders, persons, employees, as well as agents, servants, representatives, members and affiliates (“Company”) hereby implement this Privacy Policy in regards to and with respect to personal information which it collects or receives, not limited to the type of information collected, how it is used and/or shared. This policy also sets forth how the client can correct, amend, and/or remove information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By continuing to interact with our website(s) or providing personal information to us you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review this Privacy Policy and that you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


This policy applies to any information about an individual whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from the information (“Personal Information”) that is collected, recorded, organized, stored, altered, retrieved, or used (“Processed”) by Company on its website (the “Site”), through its affiliates, licensee studios, social media accounts, or other sources. All Company employees and third parties who are involved in the Processing of Personal Information are required to protect all Personal Information Processed and maintain strict adherence to the terms of this policy.

A. Manner of Collection

Company may collect Personal Information directly through your providing said information for purchasing and delivery of its products and/or services. Purchases of Product. The primary purpose of the collection of Personal Information occurs when you purchase the Company products and/or services from this Site. 2. Automatic Collection of Information

Company indirectly and automatically collects information about the devices which interact with the Sites including but not limited to device identifiers (i.e. IP addresses), web browsers, number of visits to the Site, information accessed thereon. This information is collected for internal purposes and for enhancing user access to the site as such information may help Company understand and enhance the user experience on the Site.

a. Cookies

Included in the Automatic Collection of Information is the use of “cookies” which are codes placed on user devices when they visit websites to store preferences. Cookies inform the Company of prior and first-time visits to the site, identify aspects of the site which are more and less frequently visited, and enhance the user ability to access the site, and save their preferences. Web browsers provide information relating to deletion, blocking, disabling, or stopping accepting new cookies. b. Beacons

Such information also includes beacons which are codes embedded on the Site that collect information about the users’ activity on a page, allowing the Company to identify visitation to content.

A. Provide Products/Services

As aforementioned, the primary purpose for the collection of any Personal Information is to provide products, services and/or information per your requests for products, services, or information.

B. Promotional Purposes

Company may use such Personal Information to communicate with you in the future about promoting its products and/or services, by sending newsletters, advertisements, and other communications. Company may further send requests to participate in surveys, solicitations, or contests, which are voluntary. Company may in the future run promotions which allow individuals to provide referral information about others. If such promotions occur, third party Personal Information which you provide will be used only to send the promotional information requested but will not be used by Company for any other purpose.

G. Financial Information

Personal financial information is collected by Company and/or authorized third-party payment processors. Personal Information collected by Company and/or its third-party payment processors is not stored on the Site and shall not be used for any purpose other than processing the requested transaction(s). Company does not provide financing or credit. However, in the event Company offers products subject to financing, Company may provide access, information and/or links to third-party financers. Any Personal Information provided by you to such financers shall be directly between you and said financer, is not received by Company and shall be subject to the privacy policy and terms of use for said financer. Applications requesting financial Personal Information, such as name, email address, address and other billing information is governed by the third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

H. Third Parties

Company’s exercise equipment and other products may be offered for sale by authorized third parties through third-party websites not owned or controlled by Company. Purchases through third party websites shall be subject to the third party’s privacy policies and terms of use. Any links to a third-party website shall not constitute Company’s express or tacit endorsement of said provider, service, or content. The privacy policies contained on third-party Sites, apps and social media are their own and you are encouraged to read the policies of any such website, social media or app with which you interact at your own risk.

I. Blogs, Social Media, and Others

Company may offer access or links to publicly accessible blogs, social media pages, product review pages, private messages, video chat or community forums. When you disclose Personal Information on blogs, social media pages, product review pages, private messages, community forums, and within video chat sessions, Company may collect the information which may include Personal Information. If you choose to submit content, including reviews, to any public area of the services or on any public sites operated by third parties, such content will be considered “public” and will not be subject to the privacy protections provided in this Privacy Policy.

J. Discounts, Contests, Rewards

Company may offer discounts, contests, rewards, and referral benefits whereby Company allows you to inform others about products and/or information on its Site. Personal Information for this purpose would be limited and will be collected for the above stated purposes only. Company manufactures and distributes exercise products and services which are not intended to be sold, distributed, marketed or promoted to children under the age of 18, or any other age as may be required by the laws of certain jurisdictions, (“Children” or “Child”). If Company learns that a Child has provided us with Personal Information, Company will take the appropriate steps to delete such information.
